About my classes & the 'poetry of handmade'
Through my classes I'd like to show the beauty of transforming a simple piece of metal into a story to wear.
It's about research and attention to every little detail: it's about the poetry of handmade
and my personal act of rebellion against mass production.
As a passionate maker & teacher I also avoid old school teaching methods assuming all students are the same.
I remember I used to get really bored at school for we were expected to simply repeat and memorize the assignments, while more interaction would have been more interesting. More questioning, explaining, demonstration, connection and collaboration. More emotional involvement.
For this reason during my classes i focus firstly on participant's needs and individuality, on intuition and enjoyment
rather than following just a cold standardized academic program and approach. Intuition and emotions are the keywords in my teaching methods. I hope you will enjoy this journey as much as I do! - Sabrina

Cold Porcelain Jewelry

Explore the endless possibilities of this incredible clay
and use it creatively for so many projects!

I took a wax carving course with Sabrina and it was one of the best decisions I made!
